Have a look at the services and prices, and tell me what you need help with. You can send a no-obligation enquiry or book a free 15-minute introductory call. We will then discuss the scope, format and, where appropriate, a personalised quote.
Language training and professional communication support are available in German, English and French. School tutoring and exam preparation are limited to these three language subjects.
We can work together online or, by arrangement, in Frankfurt am Main and the Rhine-Main region. The specific platform and location will be agreed for each assignment.
Prices and the basis for calculating them are set out on the Pricing page. For businesses, guide prices apply alongside an individual quote. For services where the workload varies, you will receive a clear, specific quote after review and before making a binding booking.
No. Caring Words can help you prepare for a specific external exam format that we have agreed on. Registration, the examination itself and the certificate are handled by the relevant external examination provider.

The Learning Space is operating as a limited live pilot for adult learners. You will receive your personal access code directly from Caring Words once access for your course has been approved. The code is for you alone. If you have trouble accessing the Learning Space, use the help option on its page and do not send your code or personal course content.
The Feedback page explains how you can share feedback or raise a concern. You can also contact me by email or telephone. Feedback is not published automatically.
