Live lessons, individual goal setting, preparation, suitable Caring Words materials within the agreed scope, and support with your learning progress. One UE is 45 minutes; appointments of two UE are also possible, for example.

Tutoring builds on the school materials already being used. Extensive additional corrections, large material packages or completing homework in full are not automatically included. A particular language level or examination result cannot be guaranteed.

For 30-UE and 60-UE language-training packages, the total price can be split into the stated instalments at no extra cost. This applies to one-to-one, duo and small-group training. The complete package is booked in each case; instalments are not separately bookable partial packages.

Ten-UE packages are paid in full when the binding booking is made, and individual sessions are paid before the appointment. The payment schedule, package duration, cancellations and, where applicable, the right of withdrawal are set out in the quote and contract documents before a binding booking.
