Your feedback matters
What helped you? What could be better? This is the place for praise, ideas, questions and complaints — including when something has not gone well.
I read your feedback personally. If you would like a reply, you can choose to provide your email address. Your message will not be displayed publicly or automatically used as a testimonial.
The form opens in Google Forms. If you do not want a reply, you do not need to give your name or contact details. If you would like a personal reply, please enter your email address.
What happens to your feedback?
1 · I read your message.
Whether you send praise, an idea for improvement, an organisational question, a teaching-related issue or a complaint, I consider what it concerns and what you need.
2 · We clarify the next steps.
If you request a reply and provide an email address, I will respond personally. I may ask specific follow-up questions if anything is unclear.
3 · I look at what can be improved.
Any action required and any reply are reviewed personally. Submitting a complaint does not automatically mark it as resolved.
Share personal information with care
Briefly describe what your feedback concerns and what you would like to happen. Mentioning a course or service can help. Please do not send health information, confidential documents or information about people who are not involved. If documents are required, we will arrange an appropriate way to share them.
Your message will not appear publicly. Any use as a review or reference is discussed with you and approved separately. Giving feedback does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
You can find further information in the Privacy Policy.
